What is PeerQuest?

From Our Founder, Jim Dunn

After nearly three decades in university enrollment management and consulting—working with more than 100 institutions over the years—I realized it was time to bring my expertise closer to home and build something entirely new.

So, in 2024, my longtime friend and consulting partner, Dr. Jim Hunter, and I launched PeerQuest with a simple vision. We wanted to match the exceptional talent present across all segments of the higher education landscape, with the unique and ever changing needs of colleges and universities in the modern era.

Which is why PeerQuest is unlike any other firm. Our team members each have their own specialties and careers, but we come together to form customized peer-review boards for every project—sharing insights, strategies, and results. This unique model ensures that every client benefits from a wealth of perspectives.

In addition to staff recruiting and enrollment consulting, I personally handle all real estate inquiries. As a fully licensed real estate agent in my spare time, I provide initial consultations for clients anywhere in the country, connecting them with trusted RE/MAX agents who are licensed in their state and near their campus. It’s a service only a licensed agent can offer—and one more way we deliver complete, personalized support.
